Who created this website?
I, Russell Herman, initiated this website and make the decisions guiding it. I use it to support my work to build an effective people-power movement throughout North Carolina.
Gary Cappy of Grass Roots Press, Inc. did the original design and construction of this website in 2010 and 2011. He provided technical support for it until his death in August 2015.
In 2020-2021, Janet Xiao helped me move the site to a new host. She also re-coded the site's underlying structure to make maintenance easier and to improve the site's usability.
